Billing structure

  • At LSP Suzanne Ross, we offer personalized services by respecting the key aspects of each company. Whatever your recruitment needs, hiring remains an investment requiring structure. By hiring the services of a headhunter, you are investing in the future of your business.
  • The hiring company, not the candidate, pays for all employment fees.

Each recruitment path is different. We determine our billing structure through careful analysis of several elements:

  • The reputation of the company.
  • Type of management.
  • The nature of the position to be filled (responsibilities and remuneration).
  • The complexity of the need.
  • Following this analysis, we will recommend one of the following two structures:
  • Contingency Fee – Conditional on the achievement of the goal.
  • Retainer fee – Salary paid in advance, guaranteeing our commitment.

*All our fees are due in full whether you have retained an application; whether you have entrusted the position submitted or entrusted another position to the candidate; or that subsequently or in a future interview, you have agreed with the candidate in any way to assign him or her to another job or position.

Replacement Policy

Our services include a guaranteed replacement policy. For a predetermined period, we will ensure the replacement of a candidate. We will then proceed to a new search in order to find candidates meeting the criteria and conditions previously determined *.

* If you should modify your criteria and/or conditions, it will be determined a new candidate search and therefore will not be covered by our replacement policy.

However, we would like to mention that in the process of LSP Suzanne Ross recruitment, there are elements beyond our control:

  • We do not make the final hiring decision and therefore we cannot guarantee that a hiring manager or executive will choose the best candidate for the position.
  • We do not evaluate the quality of the work executed by the new employee.
  • We do not manage the new employee.
  • We do not determine the appropriate time to hire a new person.
